Terms agreement:

Your place will be confirmed once a completed registration form and a 50%  deposit has been received. Balance to be paid 5 days before commencement of Training.  Cancellation policy: Cancellation agreement as follows: Cancellation within 7 calendar days of booking - 25% cancellation fee charged. Cancellation 5 or less days prior to commencement of training- full 50% cancellation fee charged. On commencement of training should candidate not  arrive: training can be rescheduled but no refund is due.  Should you be taking a payment plan option—please let us know and we will forward documentation.  All photos taken during training of you, TICIA have the right to use in advertising material on all media platforms.  You agree that all information and manuals receive during training is for use of education only and you will not make copies or use for starting your own training business.  You also agree that you will not give copies of information/manuals to a third party or organisation.
